::I want to shout out with HIGH HIGH Praise to Steven Dang!!! He was working at the T-Mobile Store in Bradlee Shopping Center on 2/28/18. I came in with my two phones...Upgrading from Samsung S8 to an iPhone X. I'm 54 yrs old and NOT Tech Savvy! Steven was incredibly patient with me and helped me tremendously by connecting the two phones to get all of my contacts, calendars and photos in sync!!! I purchased the phone on line with T-Mobile and had no clue how to set it up, the night before. I came in when the store Opened and Steven Greeted me! After helping me, he applied my Screen Protector that I had purchased the day before at the same store. Steven Dang is a huge asset to T-Mobile and OutStanding Customer Service!! Thank you Steven! ::I walked in, thinking it would be better to get in person advice to upgrade my phone. At first, I was quickly greeted, but then someone else walked in, I was told they had been there earlier, his colleague would assist after she was done with her client, then he walked away. After waiting a while for either person in the shop, I just walked out.

::After having a number of serious phone issues recently and a couple of sub-par in person experiences at other area T-mobile locations, I was very impressed with a few of the associates in Ballston. Ryan in particular was so helpful. He exhibited stellar customer care and professionalism. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

::AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I REPEAT, AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS*** This is literally the worst phone store experience I ever had. The Sales Associate that I had was named Steven. Among some of the cons that I experienced regarding this sales associate and this store: 1-Included insurance on 3 of the phones I purchased WITHOUT MY CONSENT (I actually found out later when I called T-Mobile Customer Service 2-Told me the wrong bill amount, and I ended up paying that wrong account, and my payment ended up being past due. 3-When I called him, they said he was busy, I instructed them to tell him to call me when he's free, and I NEVER received a call after that. I had to call T-Mobile Customer Service again and do everything on my own. In summary, I was told my wrong billing account, involuntarily registered for insurance, and did not receive any additional help. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS
