  I have been on the jump on demand lease program with T-Mobile for 3 years and have loved it and been happy with my service with T-Mobile until today. I went in to jump just like I do every year only having to pay taxes on the phone in order to jump. I was told that in order to jump to the new phone I would have to pay almost $400 because of the balance I have owed on my other phones( I have a family plan) I have jumped every year and never been asked to make a down payment on my lease and I have always help a high eip balance due to other family members upgrading there phones as well. I even asked online before going into the store and I was told I would only have to pay taxes just like I have done every time. I don’t appreciate being lied to our mislead and trust me I will start looking for another phone company and taking my family business elsewhere.
