::Horrible service and treatment second time around. First you walk in they great while staring at cpu screen and don't look up to say they are busy. Walked around the store for 5 mins then stood still when finally was asked if I needed help. Asking for a tablet and was so unhelpful only wanted to tell me about tablets they have in stock not what the company has as a whole and to top it off told me I could order it as opposed to checking what store near me did have the available device. I see store like this being replaced by self check out systems soon.

::I've been with t-Mobile a little over 15 years, and spent a lot of money , but , I never experienced ( on a sunday - 03/04/2018 ) the unprofessional or oblivious staff in this location , I waited on line for assistance to make a payment on my account witch , I had to go to a further t-Mobile location because 3 t-Mobile idiot staff members were to busy with 1 customer and they had no , no , no clue of the order to assist on the customer's that was waiting for assistance. Come on t-Mobile start hiring people that wants to work and qualified to work , having a pretty face does not work for sales . Shame on t-Mobile , hope they get back on track the way it was when they first opened.

::I was less than impressed with my experience at this location. I have been a t-mobile customer for 10+ years. Not once have I had a phone transaction where the sales representative was not accommodating and delivering optimal customer service. In the past, I was offered promotional deals and any and everything to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. The guy I dealt with just wanted to make a sale, and it was so clear. I asked some additional questions about anything they could offer to make me feel better about spending so much money, perhaps a car charger, something. His responses were sarcastic and I just didn't walk away satisfied. Next time I will go to a different location...
