  I had to spend over an hour at this store for what should have been a very simple transaction because of a mistake an individual made at another T-mobile store. The staff on H street was very efficient and professional and did their best to make sure I received the best service as quickly as possible. They happen to be pretty cool guys as well which made my experience much more pleasant.
