  They didn't know what they were doing, and the kid who helped me didn't want to help me with my plan, he said they are a sales location and I had to call tmobile over the phone. We walked across the street and switched to Verizon. That was the last time I deal with that.

  The people at this store are the worst. From the man who runs the store to the black gentleman who assisted me. They kept me here for hours, charged me money and only for all the orders to cancel. I still got billed and had to jump through hoops and visit another store to have the charges reversed. I dont recommend anyone this store. They are highly unprofessional.

  Tmobile I franklin lakes was very helpful at porting all our numbers over from Verizon! The staff Jason and Katherine were very attentive and helped with all our needs. Would recommend

  I am not happy with the service me and my boyfriend got from this store. It wasn't after we switched to your company that we were informed that they didnt have the phones we wanted. We spent two days without phones.

  Me and my husband tried to like this service but were very much let down. The prices are amazing but the coverage in the Oakland/Franklin lakes areas is spotty at best. Sadly we had to go back to Verizon.
