  Extremely slow service. I’ve been here many times to pay my bill, get a phone case or other accessories and it’s always a long wait even if just one or two ppl are ahead of me

  This is where we switched to T-Mobile, and I must say that it was quite easy. People say it takes them hours to get attended to, and that it's bad customer service. In reality, they're just serving other customers. And! Switching over to a network takes time, so don't complain about that either.

  Easily the worst experience I've ever had with cell phones. And that's saying something. George is rude and dishonest. Don't fly a company's flag if you're not going to that company's policies. I live next to this store and drive to NE Mall when I need to deal with T-Mobile because of how sorry there are here. *Would've given zero stars if it had let me.

  This has to be the best store I have ever been to when it comes to Tmobile. They have the best customer service by far. If you are in the area I highly suggest coming to this location. They have always been helpful with any issues. They always have great deals on tablets and they don't pressure you to buy stuff you don't need! I'm a customer for life. The manager is awesome too, he really runs a great operation.
