  Store was busy, 3 employees working hard. Had to stand for about 20 minutes or so. Lots of space for them but not one chair to sit down. Found out my 18 month old phone was so out of date it will soon be useless except for phone calls... other than that it was great.

  Best t mobile store nothing compared to the one on 72nd and federal I had the worst experience there.... Brianna is so helpful gave me all the information I need it helped me unlock my phone as well as paid it off I loved it thank you so much Brianna!! If your thinking which t mobile store to go either this one or the one on 72nd n federal don't think no more come to this one 7221 sheridan BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTHING LIKE 72ND AND FEDERAL!!!!!!!!

  I've been in here for my phone and personal mobile internet. Very friendly & helpful people. Clean store I really appreciate that. Every once in awhile there is a (usually short) wait. Its next to a star bucks, pizza place & other places to grab a snack or coffee/drink while waiting if needed. Or after getting done. If I remember correctly they don't have a public rest room. Or at least didn't the day I asked. But Starbucks next door does.
