  Giving 1 star for the friendly service - in-store staff can't be faulted but calls to the 'supervisor' led to misinformation and overcharging. Went in for a tourist sim following the $30 promotion advertised online. After calling supervisor to confirm, I was told there was a $10 fee on top for a starter kit - directly contradicting the package details online. I contacted T-Mobile after leaving and confirmed this charge was unwarranted. Upsold to a $50 package that included the fee following the supervisor's instructions when my choices came down to arguing or leaving, and I'm unfortunately too Canadian for either. As we were wrapping up, an older and extremely frustrated looking gentleman was waiting after he'd apparently been signed up for two senior plans instead of two phones on one plan the day prior. Greasy. No excuse for this sort of business practice - cellphone companies are scammy enough at their best.

  The owner of this store is dishonest. Though the employees of the store themselves seemed knowledgeable and helpful, the owner is not, and perpetuates a series of scams that will add money to your overall T-Mobile bill: he told me that as part of a promotion for switching my T-Mobile data plan (a good thing) I qualified to get additional accessories for "free". A month later I discovered that the items were indeed NOT free, but added an additional $8 a month to my cell phone account (though the actual amount of my bill went down in total, it was still $8 more than it needed to be because of the fraudulent addition of these accessories). When I noticed the additional fees on my T-Mobile bill, and confronted the owner, he claimed he told me "my total bill wouldn't change" rather than that the items were themselves, "free". But he'd told me my total bill wouldn't change, AND that the items were “free” (I wouldn't have wanted them otherwise). I did not want the items, but took them because they were "free", and "part of the promotion". If I knew the items would add another $8 a month to my bill----regardless of what I was saving otherwise---I would unequivocally NOT have added or taken the accessories. It wouldn't have mattered that with switching over my data plan, I was saving money (whether I took the accessories or not), by NOT having the accessories I would have saved an additional $8. In my time in the store trying to clear all of this up, I've overheard him running the same scam to other neighborhood individuals. There are plenty of other T-Mobile stores in the neighborhood---try those instead (and look out for this scam).

  Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable customer service! A bright, clean, well-laid-out space, and Tamanna and Akmol were both so nice and helpful. I was changing carriers and this store was recommended to me. Glad I followed that advice!

  Parkside T-Mobile customer service is amazing. They take good care of their customers. Specially the sale reps they are so energetic . Tammy thanks for suggest me the best phone and amazing service god bless you.
