  Sage was very helpful during a difficult transaction. Sorry to say T-Mobile customer care was not.

  If i had option to give them 0 stars I would. The customer service at this locations is very poor. I was there today to jump for new phone walk in this african american guy great us and said someone will be with us point it to Hispanic girl to help us , and he is just walking around doing nothing “putting up signs with store hours “ is that more important ??? 30 min after american guy walks in and he sits with him and help him . At not time i ask to speak with someone who can speak Spanish. “THIS WAS DISCRIMINATION “ The manager whos Korean Guy keep walking around and never said anything. We just walk away and nobody even said word.

  We went in to speak to Jose who seemed to care more about flirting with a coworker and made us wait an unnecessary long time to just trade in for a phone he had in the store for us. When he went to switch it out and claimed that the replacement phone needed a new battery we needed to pay for. His co-worker told my Mom on the phone it was guaranteed to work and when it did not he just wanted to rush us out of the store and figure out how to get it fixed on our own with no real solution. I felt like he should have at least apologized for that and at least offered a discount towards a battery or at least some good customer service. Normally I've never had this problem with any other t mobile representative before the place in Saginaw for t mobile at least is more proffessional. My Dad was tempted to cancel the plan completely if it was not so expensive to do.
