  Excellent customer service provided by the whole sales team including Shedric Allen. I currently live in the bay area and commute all the way to sacramento because pf the great customer service. Please keep up the excellent work and I highly reccomend coming to this specific store for service or switching carriers.

  I switched over from Verizon a couple days ago. The lady named Jackie was very understanding and easy to talk to about cell phone service. My gf is hard to handle sometimes, but Jackie answered all her stupid questions easily. Now I got Netflix for free and I’m saving money. I should have done this a long time ago.

  My laptop wouldn't connect to my phone's hotspot. Low and behold when I got there it fixed itself. With that said, customer service was amazing. And they had the perfect amount of employees for the time of day it was.

  Switched over from ATT and it was the best decision ever. Great customer service. I've been a few times with weird problems from switching over (Samsung Galaxy S7 active) and they were a tremendous help every time. They care after the sale which is huge.

  All of them are Absolutely car salesmen. They absolutely don’t care at all and all they want is a sale!! Doesn’t make sense to me how it’s a small store but 7 people work there. They won’t stay open for long I highly recommended to go to a different T-mobile the people here DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!
