::I went to the store to purchase a device and I had one to Trade in.. All I wanted to do is purchase a device the manager starts questioning me about my account like I did something wrong he started asking me about devices that I've been purchased and I was like why does he care?? as long as the phones are paid for and I'm paying my bill should it matter so anyway that make me feel extremely uncomfortable so I called customer service because I thought something was wrong with my account and they told me my Account was fine. I don't understand why he was questioning me I wasn't behind on my bill I wasn't stealing anything he made me feel very uncomfortable I know not to go back to that location if I need anything else. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the other employees were nice it was the manager that made me feel uncomfortable.

::I’m so sorry to say every time I go into this store location the employees including the manager are very very rude. I just witnessed another customer come into this location and she literally ask 3 different employees just a simple question about a phone, and they just brushed her off like she was nothing. This is ridiculous the employees have been flipped maybe 3 different times including the manager and they are getting nothing but worst. The ONLY EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS AT THIS LOCATION THAT IS SO PROFESSIONAL NO MATTER WHAT. AMD SHE SHE WORKS THERE AFTER ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE NEW TO THAT STORE. I RECOMMEND FOR AN EMPLOYEE BROOKLYN THAT WORKS AT THIS LOCATION TO BECOME THE MANAGER BECAUSE I BELIEVE SHE WOULD RUN THIS STORE A WHOLE LOT MORE. SJE CARES FOR HER CUSTOMERS.

::Well I went to this T-Mobile store because I received a quote from the customer service person I spoke with earlier about an iphone 7. She said that I could go in and pick the phone up without worrying about the shipping fee. So I came to this location and the price they gave to me was three times the price I was quoted and it seemed as if he didn't trust what I was saying. So I called T-Mobile since he was of no help and ill be getting my phone on Tuesday. He didn't even try to see why the prices were so different. I should've known from the lack of customer service whe I walked in that I wasn't going to get the best help.
