  Avoid this so called T-mobile store! Worst experience ever! Staffs are so rude.Charge you unnecessary fee and goes into their own pocket.

  Was told I opened my phone and attempted to charge me a deductible for a phone under warranty. Contract that's 16 years old I asked, why would a long term customer with a 7 month old phone still under warranty AND has insurance attempt to open his own phone? I told her i'd cancel my contract with 3 lines before I paid her a dime for a faulty phone. She said they didn't have "the special tools to check". So I asked, "then how do you insult a customer without verification?" Asked for her card, which was not her card at all. Went to the store on 50th and 5th avenue where they couldn't understand why they would think for a second the phone was opened. They told me that the store I originally went to is technically not a t mobile store and pointed out the typos on there business card. T-mobile, you better fix places like this, they are screwing over your brand. Thank you to the store on 50th street and 5 ave in Brooklyn.

  The lady was so rude and so mean and told me that there were no scarves left for the T-Mobile Tuesday deal when there were in the back. I also called 5 minutes prior and they told me they had some. Also, she kept lying to me and saying that the deal was expired when the terms and conditions clearly stated that the dates were still in effect. She was also texting on her phone. Do not go here!

  Went there for troubleshooting and they charged me $10 for something that is supposed to be done for free! After giving him the money the guy proceeded to put the money into his own wallet. I asked him for a receipt and he gave me one of those handwritten receipts with no info on the store or his name. I called the t-mobile company and they told me to go back for a refund bc that is not supposed to happen. Shady as HELL. Will never go back.

  I don't recommend this store at all. Came here twice; bad experience with both visits. Went there to get my phone last year. There was two ladies there who helped me and my dad out with getting my phone. The older lady was kind of nice at first when we walked in and stated that we were there to upgrade my phone, but throughout the rest of our visit, the tone that she used with me and my dad made it seem like we were stupid or something. For each of our questions on either the phone or the phone plans, she replied in a way as though we were supposed to know all this and that we were stupid for not knowing. It was our first time coming to this T-Mobile location and only our second year with T-Mobile. Since my old phone still had around a hundred dollars left to pay off in order to just keep it and my new phone costed a certain amount to start using it (forgot what this payment was for), my dad just made a comment like "Wow, thats alot" the lady was like "of course it gonna be a lot, you are getting a new phone and this includes tax and everything" (in a tone that just didn't seem nice...). The younger salesperson that was there too was also nice at first like the other lady, but she didn't really say much throughout our visit until I got the phone and everything was set up. She asked if I wanted to buy a case or screen protector from them and that it was highly recommended. Right after I said "no thank you" and that I already ordered my phone gear online, her smile quickly turned into a frown and she just roughly placed my phone box with my old phone into a bag and pushed the bag closer to us on the counter then walked away towards the stores staff area. I didn't really think much about it cause I was annoyed at the way they were treating us and just wanted to quickly get this over with (since we were almost done with everything). First visit was pretty bad... Second visit was just recently, around a week ago. I went to this T-Mobile location to ask/fix my phone that has been having problems with the SIM card. (Completely forgetting about my previous experience with them...) The younger salesperson was there with a different lady. This time, she had an altitude, a constant frown on her face and even picked up a phone call while I was explaining the situation to her... I don't know what to say -.- She changed my SIM card and said that it was done, but right after I left the store, I had the same problem... wasn't helpful at all, did not solve my problem. Therefore, based off of my two visits and experience with this location, I don't plan to come here for a third time.
