  I have been into this store on multiple occasions and the employees and manager were not only super nice, but extremely helpful on all occasions. I switched from VZ to T-Mobile and had to get 2 new phones for the wife and myself. The team made it super easy to swap, and were able to call into the support team to ensure we would receive our promotional credit that we signed up for. We later went back and added some smart watches and the team was stellar! Thanks guys! You have made me look like a rockstar for deciding to changeproviders!! You couldn't have made it easier! Mike

  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were lied to about the promotion we were signing up for (didn't receive Netflix, despite the fact we were told that we would), didn't transfer the contacts on one of our phones, we called and told them to hold the old phone so we could come in the next day to address it, they said they would, but wiped the phone and shipped it out before we arrived at noon the next day. When asked what we could do despite being so unhappy in the first 24 hours we'd had service, the store manager told us we could pay off our phones and switch to another carrier, but he couldn't do anything for us. To boot, he (the store manager) was very unapologetic about the entire situation.

  Charles was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to work with you and make sure you understand everything. He made a difficult process much easier.

  Great in store help...terrible billing customer service on phone..Ive called every month for 5 months because billing is wrong..In store people cannot help ..must call,outsuse u.s. got t mobile customer service...

  Unfriendly and not helpful staff. Go the extra mile and find another T-mobile!
