  Nice staff. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced.

  Folks were able to assist me but it was slow going and repetitive due to what I assume was a new person.

  Salesmen are intentionally misleading and will take every opportunity to sneak BS accessories at 4x the usual price onto your monthly bill, then when you confront them they just pass you around and do nothing. Even by cell service standards they're just awful.

  Worst T-mobile around me. Not helpful whatsoever and staff members don't even realize what they can and cannot do. They made me make 3 attempts to exchange 1 phone and they still couldn't help.

  Horrible service I paid cash for my bill and they didn't process it... three days later I got a text saying my bill wasn't paid ...-_- awful place. Don't recommend stopping at this store just pay your bill online or go to a different store.
