::The most pathetic experience I ever had before. I went to T mobile in Broadway Mall; waited in queue for 15 minuets for my turn just because their just one computer system was working. On my turn the CSR told me the link is down so it would not accept your network Payment. I really feel sorry for T-Mobile

::My experience at this T-Mobile location was Amazing. The employee Cristian helped me to resolve my data storage problem. He was also able to help me with other issues I had with my phone. You see I am not tech savoy and the professionalism ,patience and knowledge this employee provided to solve my issues was VERY HELPFUL!!!! Thank you Mr. Cristian and T mobile for employing incredible people.

::Very bad place. They lie about everything. Promised to give $50 discount for new sim card and told me multiple times that we have added it and it was never added and have waited for more than 3 months and lost all hope and faith on them. To even buy a new phone, they charge $10, $20 upgrade fees which is actually $0 when done via call to customer service. All lies and no truths made this place one of the worst one to visit.

::I switched from metro pcs which I loved and never had a problem only because metro didn't carry the s8+. T-Mobile lied about EVERY SINGLE THING they told me. They said my bill would be 100. even, that's including the finance of the cell and other items I had financed. The other items I had financed was because They told me if I did add to the financing of the phone, I would actually pay 10. Less a month because of some promo.. When I got my bill, it was 119.. They said it will drop off 3 days before it was due but 3 days before it's due, the 119. Came out of my account. This store tells me at the end of the cycle, the 19. Will drop off and you will only pay 100. After that. Everything sounded like such bull so I called t mobile and sure enough, EVERYTHING this franchise SAID was a LIE! I had to demand a supervisor to complain about this franchise and to fix my bill. Why on earth would I go from 61. With metro to 119. With t mobile? I get the financing, the 30.00 a month but that would mean I would be paying 90. A month for service, from 61., who does that?? I put in a formal complaint. Now I contact the BBB.

::Worst experience ever. Came in to open a new business account. Whole time they kept helping other customers while they were with us. Very unprofessional. The evening after opening up the account, i asked the guy at the store to hold on to my trade in phones because i was going to cancel my service. He offered me a great deal, when I came into confirm the "great deal" the manager said his employee was wrong. I decided to cancel and had to pay a restocking fee and they had already gotten rid of my phones. So I walked out of the store with no phones and less money in my pocket. The store manager told me to tell T-Mobile corporate i had a complaint and that the fee would be given back to me. Weeks later still waiting for money which T-Mobile said will not be given back to me due to faulty paperwork done by this store.
