  I dont feel welcomed when i come here.staff is just staring at computers not acknowledging anyone.i have to approach them. Accessories are overpriced and not even original. No t mobile customer discounts.

  Never enough staff lines always big been a costumers for over 10 years but hate going to the stores

  The staff was exceptionally polite, patient and informative on all products. I had staff member named Wei help me and his Supervisor Crystal at this location. I was taken care of and had all my concerns about my old and new phone taken care of promptly!

  This is a small location. There are usually only 2-3 employees working the front at a time. The staff has consistently been knowledgeable and helpful in my handful of experiences. Professionalism/Maturity slightly lacks from time to time. However, it has not affected my experience. This place can get pretty busy on the weekends and YES you will wait for a little bit before you are helped. I suggest to get there early on the weekends or try a weekday.
