  Went in and was assisted by Jakia. She was energetic and friendly and got me “synced up” (tracking device for my car) to go along with my new upgraded iPhone! She kept me entertained, her customer service was amazing!

  I visited the TMobile Hulen Mall location and was greeted by the sweetest spirited young lady. She immediately came to my assistance and began to ask me pertinent questions in order to gain a more informed understanding of how she could assist me. Not only was she pleasant, but equally as knowledgeable. She knew the products and was able to assist me with my needs for my family. Jakia Moss went over and beyond the call of duty and as we were speaking suggested a device that would (as a single mom) help me to feel more comfortable with my newly licensed 16yr old son. Ms. Moss reviewed my purchases with me , explained everything in detail to me and even reiterated information if I seemed unsure of what was being said. I have been a customer for 6 years and this was the first time that I have EVER experienced customer service to this magnitude . Impeccable!!! To say the least! Employees like Jakia is what keeps customers like myself. I refuse to spend money with a company and be treated poorly. Kudos to Jakia Moss for a job well done.

  My sister and i went to this store after a horrible experience with AT&T! Both Mary and Bree were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I would unhesitatingly recommend this office, especially if you have been unhappy with other companies! Cudos!!

  Worst customers service. That dude with hole on his ears it's so rude. Make me wait in the line for 30 mins. I forgot my ID in car I went grape my wallet from the car I come back he wanted me to go back on on the line again when I wait 30 mins just bcuz went to get my walt from my car for second. I'm not coming back this store. Always had issues with them

  Great customer service and very knowledgeable! Cesar and David were very helpful through this whole process. Best phone buying experience I've ever had! Thanks again guys keep up the good work!
