  I'd highly recommend this place. I opened up a new account with t-mobile (6 lines from verizon) customer service is at it's best. Really appreciate Manager's work. 👏👏👍👍👍 keep it up guys!! 👍👍👏👏👍

  this place sucks. they're not helpful. they give you incorrect information. this is a third party tmobile retailer. go to a corporate tmobile retailer.

  the customer service is horrible, they lie and are very rude to you. I called to ask if they had the iPhone 5 after going to another store and them not having it. they said yes and we got there in less the 5 min and they were sold out the guy said he just sold the last one. WTF he sold it in the last 4 min. so either he never had the phone or he was selling it while we called and he lied. horrible

  The customer service in this store is horrible. Nitesh and Vivian are extrememly rude. It is not owned by T-Mobile. Go to the store on Unqua Rd. and Sunrise Hwy. instead, it is owned and operated by T-Mobile.
