  Horrible staff, I can tell I got the worst customer service and purchase from this store. I cancelled my monthly plan with T mobile because of my bad experience with this store.

  Fabulous, thorough service. They upgraded my phone, transferred all my data etc and were friendly about it. So friendly and knowledgeable! Thank god, I was a lost soul!

  Very helpful staff, always genuinely invested in finding what I want, suggesting tweaks to our plan to increase value while saving money, and never have I felt rushed, endured sales pressure or any of the frustrations I had when Sprint was my mobile carrier. Been with TMOBILE for almost 8 years now, 5 lines of service, way too many device upgrades.... We will never go anywhere else than TMobile, in large part because they truly work to earn my loyalty every time I call, visit or use online management tools. When companies refuse to take the loyalty of consumers for granted, like TMO, it ensures folks like me will not only remain with them, but invest time writing long reviews like this extolling their virtues.
