::Worst Customer service I’ve experienced I went in to purchase 2 new phones. They had a promotion going on where they pay off your phone on another carrier to switch. The girl that helped me told me to give her the bill on my other carrier and then told me the process was done just to wait 2-3 weeks to receive the text with the info on it. A month later I still hadn’t received anything, called Customer service and they let me know nothing was ever sent over, so I call the store and they tell me nothing was ever done and it was my fault. I went in and they told me to leave and to not come back. I went across the street to the T-mobile inside the Hulen mall and told the person working there I needed help with that promo and she told me “Oh did you come from the other T Mobile across the street?” And apparently this was not uncommon. Do not go to this T Mobile go to the T-Mobile across the street inside the mall it’s an Actual Corporate location!

::I waited 58 minutes to be assisted. I have lots of t-mobile devices. Only 2 employees. Lots of folks were irate. I am not happy. I am a long time customer.

::This store cancelled my exchange and I had to reorder my phone. I had until December 4th to pick up my phone. Today is December 1st and was told "we don't have your phone here" called the other hulen location they told me that this location did have my phone they just cancelled it. Not to mention this assistant manager I spoke with had a a bad attitude.

::Please avoid the store, they are very fraudulent. I went in to buy a phone for my wife, one of the sales rep told me there was promo going on for a free tablet if I get a particular phone. I decided to buy the phone. In short, it was all a scam. After I got home and took a closer look at my bill, I realized they had sneaked in charges for the tablet and accessories I did not buy. I called T mobile fraud dept and made an official complain and got my full refund. Also. I returned the phone and tablet the following day to the store. I strongly recommend avoiding this particular T mobile store.

::Went in for a new service line. Now that was fast and a great process. Even bought a screen protector from them. On the other hand, I needed a warranty exchange on my cell phone. Was told the phone would be there next day. So I go the next day, phone not ready come back tomorrow. Went the next day and still phone not ready. Was told to go back at 3pm. That time I called, phone not ready told it would be ready on Monday they would text me. I called and asked if I could pick it up and I finally received it. Not only did they lie but the phone was sitting in storage for 3 to 4 days. All they had to do was receive it in. In fact when I finally received the phone the manager had to still receive it in. So he goes to the back and in less than 5 minutes beeps the phone into the system. I still had to wait 15 minutes plus the time it took to activate the line. Keep in mind that the new activated line costed me money. The warranty exchange was of course free, hence perhaps that's why it took time? Also everyday I went there were unhappy customers. I MEAN WHAT IF YOU WERE IN MY SHOES? INFURIATING RIGHT? WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. GO ONLINE TAKE MATTERS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS OR GO TO ANOTHER TMOBILE STORE WITH GOOD REVIEWS.
