  Just went into the store to pay my bill and the sales rep that was there alone was helping another man but I was standing there for a few mins and didn't get a hello or a I'll be right with you , I found that very rude

  I've been a customer what years yet to have a bad experience with any of the staff I believe the manager is doing a good job hiring people I would recommend this place strongly

  Fast Friendly and Fair. $75 for unlimited everything and they work with me despite living abroad.

  My favorite phone store to go to for all my Tmobil products. My favorite sales person is Od. Shes the best takes her time and gets it right.

  Horrible service don't even bother going to this store. The one on Central Ave in Hartsdale is wayy better, the associates actually know what they're talking about and they're much nicer there.
