  Most inefficient staff especially the ladies. There were just 3 customers and still they could not manage them. This store is never recommended- save your precious time!

  The customer representatives at this T-Mobile store are phenomenal! Hours went into setting my husband and my new service switch from the big V with Leslie. So much personal attention from the entire staff, including the managers, David and Ivan. They made us feel like family. We will stay with. T Mobile forever! We got an excellent promtion for seniors! No need to go anywhere else. T Mobile in Edgewater got it going on😍

  This store was very busy today. You don’t often see the manager himself behind a computer nowadays at any retail space. He tended to me and literally everyone in the store. The team was so in sync and didn’t see anyone angry as he and his employees were taking names down and assisting multiple customers. It was something you had to see for yourself. Never been so happy with a wireless carrier and service at this store. You get so much for what you pay for. Best decision I ever made leaving Verizon , wish i left sooner. Would be good these guys were open on Sunday. Some chairs would be good as well when transferring instead of those hard wood stools. Other than that i am very happy. Thank you

  Simply the worst place to do business; the manager's attitude that T-Mobile is doing a favor to you and if you do not like it go somewhere else is just unacceptable. Furthermore that a customer is a body of his as if one goes to the store for entertainment not for business reasons. T-Mobile has a lot to learn about how to treat customers even if they offer Netflix for free! If you travel in Mexico or anywhere in Central America and you are using iPhone, forget about reliable service. You get 2G service, if you call T-Mobile, unless you carry 2 phones your problem does not get resolved. Your best bet is to contact the local cellphone carrier and use their SIM card. T-Mobile is just useless!
