  You will need to have patience if you go to this store. I will not get into specifics but even trying to pay off my EIP bacame an issue. Hopefully they will get a better trained staff in this location.

  Nicole Mike Simon and Mikhail were amazingly helpful. Work on my phone issues for 3 hours with the t mobile company. Extremely patient and kind people. Not only did they help me decide on a phone they worked on transferring my line. Best T mobile store. Cool comforting people they helped me so much. Can’t give enough thanks

  Didn’t even realize there was a location there. It’s small and quaint, and the worker treated me like family she was so sweet and outgoing. I believe her name was Meridith

  Super helpful! I had to switch service on two old phones to new ones and learn how to use the new ones. Jonathan and Nicole were both super helpful, informative, and patient. They were attentive, kind, and professional to everyone who came in while I was there. I will definitely go back to that location for all my cell phone needs. Thanks, J and N! Great job!
