  Slow and unpleasant. Asked to verify if phone is unlocked she asked me to go to another cricket or simple mobile and try another sim and act like "you wanna switch over" if they it needs to be unlocked then yes it's locked. I'm an honest person to the best I can, how can I expect such inappropriate response!

  don't pay extra for the protection plan thing for the phone in case it breaks. I did it , it's a different company that does the replacing the phone not T-mobile. My phone cracked and didn't turn on I got a number to call and lets say it was a about a month without a phone. until i got the same but new one mailed and.i had to Mail my broken one.to them. but besides that it is a better phone company then sprint and the other. I've been with T-mobile for almost 5 years
