  Always pleasant, now take names instead of standing in line.they no longer carry over case for Samsung Galaxy edge 6+.

  By far the worse experience ever!!! Not only waited for an hour to be helped, they were very rude then told me my insurance won't replace a broken phone!!! How the hell is that even possible

  Very slow services! I'm so disappointed that I go in this place today, I wait too long to pay my bills . One lady go to my line to get my name and I told her that I'm going to pay my bills and she said OK I'm already on the waiting list because a lot of people waiting in line already so two people ahead on me but I still wait almost an hour😣 Finally they call my name for 1 hour and I told the girl I'm paying my bills, she said sorry we can't process your payments because the system is down😠 It's really disappointing the worker in there doesn't care about their costumer because in the first place why they didn't tell us that we can't pay the bills if it's the system is down why they let the people waiting so long.....at the end they can't pay there bills. 😤😤
