  I would give no stars if I could. The most unhelpful people work at this t mobile store. Avoid it at all costs. Nearly every time I go in, one of the sales people is fighting with a customer. (No wonder they have a bouncer type guy there) Usually so loud that you cannot hear yourself talk to another sales person at the same time. They do not help you to understand the complications that come with the phone you buy from them. They are practiced in making a sale, masters of smooth talk, like a used car salesman, not disclosing all sides of the program they want you to buy. Then they have absolutely no interest in helping you with your phone problems unless they are feeling generous, which is a feeling that does not last long in them.... t mobile would be doing the community a service to strip them of their franchise.

  This is a third party store it's not a direct store from T-Mobile so the customer service is not the best but also not the worst. And that's the reason why sometimes they're closed (holidays). Even when the all other T-Mobile stores are open. the hours is also different then all T-Mobile stores.
