  After spending half of a day and several trips to different locations this lot was able to help me in a matter of minutes. Truly recommend this store and the crew of which will come thru for you.

  Terrance & Desiree provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They didn’t just bump us along to the next person like several of in-store and call center employees have done. Our account wasn’t set up correctly and so we couldn’t ever log in cause we didn’t have the correct number that they needed. Desiree got us connected with the people that we needed to get the info updated and she helped us through out the whole process. Terrance also made it a point to tell us a sale that they had going on that week! Thanks for making us feel like customers and not just an account number.

  The sales associates at this store are very helpful and patient. Tyler took time to answer all my questions, get me set up with the Tablet i needed and set up for success! I will return here for sure if i need any further assistance.

  I had one of the greatest experience at the Peoria store in Tulsa Oklahoma. I have been trying to change and Port over number to another phone for several months, everywhere I went to gave me a hard time even the customer service people over the phone seem not to help me. I walked into this store on a Saturday evening Tyler and Desiree was above and beyond an outstanding with customer service and personality was awesome I would recommend anyone to come here they fix my problem with in 5 minutes no problem.
