  One of the employees was rude and unprofessional while another employee was explaining plans an cell phones he interrupted an rudely told us to leave

  I came in to ugrade one of my kids line and i got excelente help from Jorge. He was super knowledgeable and value me as a customer. Love that kid! Super kind.

  Woo we got our free projectors with our Lg G6's, great customer service, super honest salesman, great plan for the whole family. Loving our phones and projectors

  Great service. From the moment I walked in to when I left. Friendly and willing to help. Definitely NOT what I experienced before when I was with this service provider. I have to say though T-Mobile has gotten ALOT better with customer service. I'm impressed. Thabks guys for taking care of everything I needed!
