::My initial experience with the store was not great. But the store manager Brian helped me a lot to resolve all the issues. He is prompt in communication via email. He understood the issue I was facing and even brought his senior management in the loop to help me. He helped somewhat and now again he does not reply. No one helps out in this store. I with my friends purchased 4 mobile phones and we were given Samsung tablets stating to be free but we were charged down payment for it and monthly installments too. When asked that it was free, I got a reply that the charges will be credited in account every month in statement against the usage of tablet. But nothing of this sort has happened. When we called customer care several times (TMOBILE) they told us that free tablet offer had already expired 2 days before our purchase. So basically we were frauded.

::I was traveling to Seattle for the first time and there is nothing worse than being unable to contact anyone you know in a foreign city, nor being able to call home. T-Mobile was my first stop after sleeping off a 20+ hour flight, and I expected loads of paperwork, red tape, and hours of waiting. But alas, I was met with an empathetic consultant, who gave me a great deal on a SIM and short term contract (1 month) to ensure I did not have to have the added hassle of purchasing call time/data during my two week stay. He helped set up everything in my phone, and made sure I had everything I needed, including saving my new number to the phone, so I could send it to my friends and family, as well as colleagues in town. I was in and out of there in under 30min. Fantastic experience. Will use them again when in town for business.

::Be sure to check your bill after coming here. I had insurance added to my phones ($12/line) without my consent. It didn't even show up on the final receipt.

::I would give them 0 star if there is one on the scale. They have the worst customer service ever from the manager to employees. What they do is trying to send away customer, not helping them. I am so sick of Tmobile service and how their employees treat customers in general. I would recommend people to go to other company to get a better service.

::Terribly unfair and dishonest. They literally took my money for nothing. On September 25th at about 1:50PM I paid 61.56$ for a prepaid plan. Apparently, their network is incompatible with my phone(LG g3 - not that of an old phone). No one told me to check compatibility before payment. When the seller, Isabel, realized my phone is incompatible, she went to the back of the store and came back saying "I'm sorry, your phone is incompatible with our network. you can still have calls and texts but no data". when I asked for a refund, she said that "the system cannot allow refunds on prepaid plans". I insisted till she called the store manager Bryan. He was as unhelpful as Isabel was. Being furious about the terrible service and dishonesty, I gave them back the SIM card(without data, it's worth nothing to me). I then sent two letters, via express mail service, to their headquarters in Bellevue and their headquarters in Albuquerque. So far - haven't received any response yet. I will not recommend anyone to step into this store or any T-mobile store. IN CASE OF A T-MOBILE REPRESENTATIVE SEEING THIS, CONTACT ME. IF YOU CAN PROVE THAT THIS WAS A MISTAKE AND THAT YOU CAN FIX IT, I WILL BE HONEST AND UPDATE THIS COMMENT.
