  Was able to register online and secure a spot! Was seen straight away. The staff was professional and diligent. Even the provider was easy to talk to and I appreciated her professional attitude and nonjudgmental approach to my treatment.

  After the phone tech support told her to go to the store for help, the rude store personnel treated our elderly relative dismissively, and with disrespect. While connection was the issue, they insisted that she needed to buy a new phone. She had them to call me while she was there, and the salesman was rude, lacked knowledge and failed miserably to address the connection issues. He commented that the store manager had less knowledge than he did about the technical issues of the phone, then hung up. She left there in tears. I am so disgusted and disappointed. I hope that this store isn't taking advantage of the aging population which frequent it. I will be reporting this to the Attorney General's Office and encourage others who have similar experiences to do the same.

  T-Mobile placed the perfect customer representatives at this location. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is what I experienced two days ago.
