  Great and helpful experience. Mother went in with little in her bank account and they were very helpful with getting her a payment plan for it to work.

  My mother went into this store to replace an older device because the charging port went out. She stated that the salesman smelled like marijuana (or that someone in the store did) and he was unkept in his appearance. He insisted that she purchase a completely new device and was not helpful at all. He told her to contact customer service, as they could be of more assistance. We went to the T-Mobile store by Greenwood Park Mall and they were able to replace the device that we wanted for $5 with no hassle.

  Worst service from a phone store . I came in the store at 7:45 this evening to get a replacement SIM card and the young lady named ERICKA or ERICA however you spell it was so wound up she would not even replace it . Trying to charge me 25 bucks for a new one when I currently have contracted 4 lines with them and purchased a defective. Hope you messed up day gets better and u learn to treat people how you would want to be . Update 8:05 pm same night store at stop 11 helped me no problem and they close at the same time . Great customer service from the stop 12 store

  I read several good reviews referencing someone named Ronnie. Too bad Ronnie wasn't there this evening. I won't be going back to that store. The female there was more interested in interacting with her co-worker and her friend's phone while she was taking out my SIM card to see if my phone was unlocked. I tried to carry on a conversation with her, but it didn't work. My phone is locked (Metro PCS, owned by T-Mobile) and she told me I would have to buy a new phone. I told her my phone was fairly new and I didn't need a new phone. I tried to buy a new sim card but she kept saying Sorry, there's nothing I can do unless you buy a new phone. Not true. Guess I'll stick with my current carrier who, by the way, is part of T-Mobile.

  En route to Chicago from Orlando via Indianapolis; Google downloaded some updates which prompted my aging HTC One M 9 to implode. I was fortunate that Ronnie Campbell was at the T-Mobile store yesterday morning. It took him the better part of half an hour, but he persevered and as a result all functions were restored. Truly above and beyond the call of duty ! Obviously I will remain a T-Mobile customer
