  I give a three star rating only because everything is so slow in the store..the people that work there are great and genuinely try to assist however they can. I switched from Verizon and while there is a noticeable difference in service, the price difference is what makes things worth it for me. I think payment kiosks should be placed in the store so that customers are not needlessly tying up sales reps.

  The staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I Love being here to check out new tech and the awesome ambiance. If you ever come here, just tell them Brett from the suicide org referred you.

  Aminat the young lady that assisted me has great customer service,she is very patient (which a lot of people don’t have these days)not to mention Diandra..they were both great...keep up the good work ladies

  Came he once because I had a replacement phone sent to this location. I asked one of the employees (Rafael) about the phone and he said I wasn't authorized and dismissed me right away. I try to ask more questions but he was looking at me as a bother, mainly because he was too busy talking to a friend. Sadly this is not the only store with rude people so if you have T-Mobile, make sure you make all your transactions online.
