  Went to upgrade my phone, no one greeted me when I walked in and it was very busy too for a weekday. I had to interrupt a salesperson when they were with another customer to ask if I sign in since it was completely disorganized. A manager finally helps me upgrade my phone but I could tell it was rushed. He also kept coughing (without covering his mouth) over my drink and brand new $900 phone. I've been a loyal customer to tmobile for 5 years and this is by far the worst service I have received in this location.

  Waitied an hour to speak to someone then finally a manager assisted only to find out he had no clue what he was doing. Another wasted 45mins great ........

  They take extremely long there. The manager was to busy flirting with the employee to service customers. To be exact she was leaning over the counter talking to him. Waiting over 40 minutes in that time only 3 people where called. Customer service should be number one.

  Excelente servicio, muy atentos y tienen conocimiento de como ayudarte con los problemas que estés teniendo con el celular. Aquí es donde prefiero ir aunque algunas veces tenga que esperar, ya que se llena, pero salgo de allí con mi problema resuelto
