::Seriously, I am extremely hard to please...EVER! My experience with Anthony was better than outstanding! The manager Chris was in total control off this store. There is a certain cohesiveness that you can actually feel when you go there to get service. I don't know what they get paid but they need a bleeping raise. Conversely, The manager and sales people at the McNight Road need to take a little trip to this location to see how it's done. I don't tolerate the type of insensibility and discrimination that goes on the the Ross Park Mall location. Take a field trip to Brownsville Road to see how a business should be conducted. T moble should take notice of the Brownsville Road people. These guys know their @&$? !!!So glad I switched from Verizon!

They are a nice group of people who will go above and beyond what their job entitles; and do it with a great attitude! T-Mobile as a company should be very thankful they have the employees they do at this store!

::I was upgrading my phones in the store for all three lines on my account. I've always been going to this store and the help i received from Angela Pelling was amazing. She helped me switch my plan to save money and help me set up all the smart phones i got for my family. I came back two weeks later with questions and another employee helped me and they showed the same kindness. With people like this i will always come back to this store. This shows that the people from this store care and will always help you.
