::Worst un-informed employee's I've ever worked with, who will lie and not properly inform the customers on how T-Mobile returns policies work. Do not trust anything these lying un-informed employee's has to say, and read on the policies your self, because they will Rob you of your money. Do not go to this store! Your better off dealing with customer service online... You'll be much happier

::I will never ever go back to that store for any reason. I went there to exchange a new note 8 for the S8+ which I originally had. The receipt says that you have 14 days to return or exchange an item. Well they turned me into the biggest sucker in town. It was supposed to be a simple exchange at least in my head and from what I read on the receipt. I was on my 12th day so I had time to return within the 14 day period. I get to the store and they start telling me about all this money I am supposed to pay. Mind you this was just an exchange. Let's just say that they forced me to pay my entire bill which was already set up on a payment plan. I do not trust anyone in that store and it seems as though the minute you walk in. They're determined to get money from you one way or the other. I think its management and they're just making up stuff as they go along. All they had to do was just exchange the phone. My bill had nothing to do with an even exchange. I will never return to that store.

::This is the worst T-Mobile I’ve ever been too. The coustmer service is horriable. No one listens too, they treat their coustomers horriably, and they are the worst employees ever! I highly advise you to not go! They are extremely racist people!
