  Someone purchased or paid a bill with my credit card info I can't understand their procedures would allow this with checking for I'd and such

  Good Service they always help me with all my needs, they have bilingual staff, for people that don't speak English

  The staff members were very helpful here including the male manager on dutty!!! Ariel the rep Kept it real and has great customer service!

  So I went to pre-order the new iPhone 7 plus and I did not like the way the employee helped me. He had a very bad attitude and lacked the knowledge on the process to pre-order. He was multi tasking and helping another employee, I was not satisfied with the helped that I received, because the order was input wrong I had to call a representative over the phone to cancel the order to make a new one.
