  The best customer service I've ever had with T-Mobile.. I've been going to this particular store for more than 2 years....they go out of their way to help customers out....All employees are 5 stars!!!!!! I will not go to any other location..

  I went to one of the T mobile stores in Tucson and I did not get any help at all even tho they checked my account on their system so I went to this location and Carlos is the one that helped me a lot, he helped me to get my cell replaced for only $5 because of my type of o insurance, which in Tucson did not even mention it to me, they just wanted for me to get a new device but thanks to Carlos I still have my replaced phone that works good and saved A LOT of money, thank you very much Carlos.
