  Our babysitter took my son to the store since his LTE didn’t work on a replacement phone he got a couple of days ago. The employees told them about something that wasn’t turned on correctly and fixed it for him but he had to wait an hour until the LTE would work again. 5 Hours after it still not working, I called T-Mobile what’s happening. The rep on the phone told me that the only thing they did in the store, was to upgrade him to a $ 10 more expensive plan. 2 issues here, first of all this is decriving, and second, no one ever gave them permission to do so, as I’m the authorized person for the account. I will be reporting this incident to T-Mobile Corporate.

  Fat guy in the store names Jose hurtado likes to steal people identity and open up lines without their knowledge. Please be aware. It’s already under investigation and on top of that he’s still working there :(

  I wanted to buy a apple watch from them. The guy waited me for 20 mins to check if they have the item in their stock. Then handed me to another stuff. And the guy asked for my phone number and said I have to add a another line to Buy a apple watch though I am using one line with them. Are they kidding with me new line for buying apple watch

  Employees there don't know what they doing. Waited 20 min before was asked what I wanted while he was helping other people and during the same time tried to help me with the phone case and screen protector. Another 10 minutes, the customers left, and then he takes my phone and disappears. 5 min later he came back with no phone. I asked for my phone and no case/screen protector is put. And this is authorized T-MOBILE dealer. " Good luck! ". One star is too many.
