  Worst T-Mobile store in all of Las Vegas. Brought my phone in with a problem and was told that my phone, after owning it for five years, wasn't supposed to be doing a certain thing when you push the middle home screen button. The guy was literally as dumb as a bag of rocks! And anybody who knows me, knows that I told him that in a completely full store. Turns out this guy was the manager of the store and knew less about any phones they carried then their hairs on my nutsack!

  The salesman there lied to my husband and I three times just for persuading my husband to buy a $80 hotspot device! In October my husband went there to upgrade our phones, the salesman said we can cancel our cox to use their hotspot unit! After home the device is broken , I went there with my husband, I told him we don't need the hotspot unit, even we cancel the cox, we can use the hotspot of our phones, he said our phones ' hotspots are not unlimited, and the unit line has unlimited 4G! But after home, I just used it for 2 hours it went down to 2G speed, that time we cancelled the cox already, then I went to the store again, they still lied about unlimited 4G and don't let us return! Finally we called T mobile, they told us they are not our employees and the thing they did not professionally, T MOBILE let us return and give us credit
