  These people don't have your best interest at heart. Walked in with a phone problem wanting to fix it. The guy looked at it and said i cant fix it. Told me i was able to jump, i said ok and instead I was charged for a whole new phone. I Noticed when my bill came. That was really sneaky and low as i heard they get paid commission for selling. Never going back here !!!!!

  Worst customer service, they don't help you on what you need help in they are really rude too.

  Honestly, truthfully, one of the greatest stores in the Queens area. Yea it gets a bit crowded at times but that's what you have to expect when you're trying to get the best service in person. Everyone there is super friendly, from management to the store reps. I come here often for bill payments

  Nach kurzer Wartezeit schnelle und freundliche Bedienung (wollten eine SIM für den Urlaub). Unterlagen waren dann aber auf spanisch (weil spanischer Laden)
