::Wendy at this store asked me why I was returning a phone then got attitude because I said their customer service was terrible and I'm going to Sprint. Took them 2 weeks to replace my phone and apparently Wendy thinks that means I did something wrong and told me that.

::Omg Kaila our rep was awesome. Super friendly and knowledgable. We went in bc of a discrepancy on our bill and she got it sorted right away. She even called on our behalf when she wasn't able to so it in her end. She was personable and funny. The ambience is light and every one seems to be having a great time would definitely return.

::Charging port on my insured phone malfunctioned. I'm traveling for three months. Store employee initially said that the replacement phone would need to be shipped to my house. Seriously?! I guess they missed the part where I said that I was traveling for three months. Then, they suggested that I buy a new phone. This one is insured. Why would I buy a new phone? The employee who worked with me clearly wanted to be somewhere else and was rude to boot. I suggested that they stop being part of the problem and instead help figure out a workable solution. I insisted to speak with someone from the corporate office. That person was helpful and resolved my issue as best as possible. Replacement device is being shipped to a T-Mobile store on my route. Kudos to T-Mobile corporate. I would walk past this store without hesitation.
