::Report this store to T-mobile district manager if you have any dissatisfaction! This store not even deserve a star for review. I purchased 2 phone last Dec. 2017. We are Verizon carrier and switched to Tmobile because of their promotions... we shouldn't.. wrong decision!!! NIGHTMARE. THIS STORE , STAFF, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! BE CAREFUL ON WHAT THEY SAY! THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE STUFF LIKE CASING, SCREEN PROTECTORS, WIRELESS CHARGER. BUT IT'S NOT! You have to pay attention on what you signing for because they distract you so you don't see what they charge on the paper just like me and just excited to have a new phone. Staff there told me, I am eligible for free accessories like cases and screen protectors and even wire less charger, Free is great, why not! Then i checked my bill statement, i was charged for all accessories. You won't notice it because it was breakdown for 24 months payment, and supposed to be free ! Stay away drom this Store!!! Be very careful on what they say. ALL LIES !!!! I'm not sure if same people in here! MOST OF ALL... JUAN, THEY SO CALLED MANAGER, RUDE.. RUDE AND RUDE! Try to look it up the meaning of MANGER! THERE IS MORE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT DESERVE THAT POSITION! YOU R NO HELP TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

::Since the last time that I have came into that store it has done a 360. The environment is different, the customer focus is different, even the cleanliness! I haven’t personally had to experience rude behavior towards me, but I have seen customers leave unhappy. But that has changed, every customer that I saw being attended left happy. I’m glad they took into consideration the customers perspective and turned it around. Good for them, and better for us. Definitely looking forward into continuing doing business with them!
