  This is a corporate as opposed to a franchise location. It was great! I was able to get the $10 sim card advertised online, the $3/month pay as you go plan, and the $10/week 1 GB data plan, for a Canadian tourist like me.

  Didn't make me pay for a new sim card when my old one didn't fit my new phone. That was nice.

  Rob was the young man that assisted us at the store, he was awesome, he took real good care of us

  I would like to express how pleased I was with the customer service at this store. I had a issue with a phone wallet case for my S6, Jordan and the manager treated me so well. I like the fact that Jordan was a man of his word and this is how customers should be treated, I have been a customer with t- mobile for 10 plus years and this was by far the best I've been treated. I am not a person looking to get over and great customer service goes a long way with me. Again thank you Jordan and the manager of this store (8973)

  Great store, great location! This location has the friendliest and most understanding reps I've met to-date! They help in any way they possibly can and provide a great experience as well!
