  Do not get service from them, specially the one in the Fayette Mall. I was promised a visa virtual card 10-15 days after I got cell Phone service. 15 days after my service started I called Chris at tmobile and he called Corp and they said there was a Mistake made and my virtual card is now being mailed as a regular card and Chris promised I would have it my 7/15. Still have not received the card and now being told I will not get it until 7/25, now I have sprint breathing down my neck due to their stupidity! Do not get service with them or go to the mall store!
