  Great customer service. Thank you Alfredo, Paola and Nick for all your help. They made sure that I got what I needed while working with my budget. Store was clean and organized. Although a long wait is expected, they made sure to help me while waiting by asking what I'm in store for which is great so I don't waste my time in store if they aren't able to help me with my needs. THANK YOU!

  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE LONG WAIT NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS EVEN THERE WENT TO PICK UP A PHONE THAT WAS THE WRONG PHONE 1ST AND WILL BE THE LAST NOT HAPPY WITH T-MOBILE ALL AROUND
