  They cancelled two of my lines for no reason at all and then when I called the location to figure out why my lines were cancelled I was hung up on and just given the absolute worse customer service....worst location ever

  Horrible place, awful service and the workers are the rudest people ever. Honestly they are a terrible representation for Tmoblie.

  Thankfully I had a much different experience than some of the other reviews posted about this location. I myself am a small business owner and I was very satisfied with how I was greeted, and treated during my visit. I walked in with a hand full of issues that T-Mobile phone support wasn't able to handle and I am pleased to report that I left with every issue handled correctly. I would highly recommend this location if you are in need of advice and personal assistance with selecting a phone or service.

  I really truly don’t understand how anyone comes to this store I’ve just about had it with issues regarding this location. I hear customer complaints almost every day with this store, false information is almost always given from here, Im told (and I will definitely visit soon) that the workers are inappropriate, lazy, rude, etc. When I visit I will see for myself what really goes on at this store and why exactly you can’t do your jobs the right way. You represent T-Mobile, you should have more respect for the company and your positions.

  The worst experience. I walked in the store 2 males workers were in here. No one greeted me. Only 2 other costumers in the store who they were helping. After an hour i was still waiting NO ONE said anything to me. Another man walks in and right away he was greeted. Never coming back to this store. They need to do better at an 1.5 hrs later i being helped.
