  Customer service was okay but damages your phone when applying accessories. I would not recommend this store.

  Worst visit, Customer service is zero, they treat you like how not important you’re for for T- Mobile. Fake promises, don’t deal in this store.

  Really inconsistent. Sometimes, the staff is courteous and helpful; other times you feel like you're intruding and unwelcome. The quality of the staff also varies widely, as the advice/recommendations they give you are sometimes worse than you could pull online.
