  Could never get help. Don't go there for T-Mobile Tuesdays. They always tell me that they ran out of stuff and I go there before 12pm.

  Customer service not the best 2 employees were helping one customer I waited until they were done with the customer one of the employees approached me to help me when I ask for prices for IPhone he said I’ll be right back then another customer came and he started helping the new customer first before me without saying anything. I was looking for an Iphone because my son’s birthday is this weekend. Since I have Tmobile account I wanted to get the phone from them. Unfortunately I didn’t like the way I was treated in this location I don’t think I’ll be doing business with them. Too bad for Tmobile.

  Store employees answered all my questions, activated my phone and installed my apps and preferences in a friendly and courteous manner.

  Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to a not busy at all store, both female working had very aggressive attitude and did not know anything on the product I was interested in purchasing. Also, icing on the cake Irene I believe her name was brunette with glasses while trying to service me was answering and texting on personal cellphone not caring of a customer in front of her and when I responded on knowing more on the product and just wanted reassurance both ladies became more irritated. I would say both need to go back to the first day of training, if you asked me.
