  Maynard was fantastic. He helped my mom and I get new phones and transfer all of our pictures, contacts, and so on. He and the rest of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Best in-store experience with t-mobile.

  Since they've opened they've been my go-to T-Mobile store hands down. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I've been to most stores in the general area and I've learned the hard way it's worth driving the extra minutes. After going into the Centereach store to get the S7 Edge on jump, I was quickly frustrated with the lack of knowledge and friendliness I'm used to from the Smithaven store. The hours are great and so is the staff. It's exactly what you'd expect from any business, professionalism. Thank guys.
