  Poor customer service every time I visit this store. Not enough people actively working to keep lines low, or even order. Over all very poor customer service, I wish less than one star was an option.

  bumped me, took another customer and made me wait because he said he had to wait for some reason to get my phone out of the back.. (not my fault), but when phone arrived the manager expected me to wait for the people who bumped me to finish their transaction and it was taking a long time so I left. I was ready to buy the phone, but it was locked in the back for some reason. I had done all the paperwork. Don't bump customers T-Mobile in the middle of their transaction, that's not normal.

  Sharde and I think Joel was his name were GREAT employees. They resolved my complicated issue and were cool the whole time. Excellent customer service!!
